When the AC quits in August
The fault gets found on the equipment you already own. The technicians service all major HVAC brands, so a name other than Trane on the lid is never a reason to replace a working system.
One Google reviewer had sat in a hot trailer for years because the last company fitted the wrong part in a new air conditioner. George and Mathew worked out what was wrong, and the unit stopped running constantly. The same team replaced a failed thermostat for another reviewer in under an hour.

Installation by a Trane Comfort Specialist. The condenser goes on its pad, the lines are pulled into a vacuum with the pump in the photo, and only then is the system brought up. A reviewer wrote that a full AC and heating set-up took seven hours and that Ryan was great and very informative.
